When outside the office, users aren't able to access any PowerApps

Some of my users are reporting that they get the "This app isn't working. Refresh your browser or try again later" only when trying to access apps outside of the office or working from home. They have used the company VPN as well as multiple browsers/devices and they still get the message. Not every user has this issue,

Any thoughts?

    Hola @nvargas

    Hello

    Where is the database? maybe you don't have access from the outside?

    Do you get any error when you try to access?

    The main one that brought it to my attention is a Sharepoint list that they have access to, it's the integrated form that they are getting the error for. I personnaly have no errors when I access any apps from anywhere.

    Is it possible for IT Admin to have a check on this device like use remote access so they can asses what is happening and remotely run the Monitor tool?

    @nvargas

    In Sharepoint you can integrate a filtering by IPs and by devices, maybe that could be the cause of the error.

    check the sharepoint admin panel

    They have no issues with SharePoint itself. I'm able to turn off the custom form and they can enter the info normally. It looks like any app using SharePoint Lists as a datasource is the problem. I had them check to see if an app with Dataverse allowed them access and they had no issues.
