How can I open Apps with Power Apps? I tried it with StartsWith("https://www.bing.com") but it don't work!

you can use Launch function.
example - Launch( "https://bing.com" )
You can put this anywhere like onselect property of the button, textbox, label etc. If you want to redirect from one app to another app, you can use the button, and onselect property you can put this Launch( "https://bing.com" ).
