6I am new to Teams and Power Automate. I requested an approval from SharePoint. The document was approved and it shows up in Approvals in Teams. I was notified via email that the file was approved and I saved the approval email as a pdf then added the approval file to it and saved it to the approval file in SharePoint. Now when I go into Teams and open the Sent tab on Approvals I get this error message:
Something went wrong. Open the app again, or try to create an approval if this is your first time using the app.
I have tried restoring the original file in SharePoint, I tried removing the file from SharePoint and recreating it, did another approval which worked on SharePoint but when I go into Approvals on Teams I still get the same error message. I tried removing the Approvals App and adding it back in, still same error. Can anyone help me? Where do I need to go or what do I need to do to fix this. Also wondering if there is a way to remove approvals from the Approval App? We did a bunch of approvals while testing it out and would like to remove them. Thanks for your help!
