how to use my own memory to search specific texts

Posted on by

Dear all, I'm pretty new about copilot....so sorry in advance for my very beginner question.

I'm creating user manuals and I have some blocks of text that are often repeated in different documents.

My question is: is it possible to create a sort of internal memory with all these blocks? if so how can I set it up and where?

I write here an example:

standard sentences used around in the manuals:

  • The motor and the flow of liquids in the system may cause vibrations, which can be exacerbated by incorrect installation of the unit and the piping system. See Hydraulic connection.
  • To reduce the transmission of vibrations between the unit and the system and viceversa, install:

if I look for the word: vibrations

the system should list me all these sentences above.

thanks for your kind feedback!

Monica
