    Hi @Mengi ,

It it the requirement of new line or space.

For new line in email body.

     <html>
     Hi Team,<br><br>
    Org Id: %strOrgGSTIN%<br>
    From Tax Period: %strStartDate%<br> <br> Regards,<br>
     Bot<br><br><br><br>
     </html>

    Hi @Mengi

    %""% indicates an empty string.

But in the "Set variable" if you use as below then it becomes a new line

    This is Line 1
    %""%

Although if you are looking for this in an email as you mentioned, then you will need to use the html break tag <BR> for a line break, turn html ON and send the email.

Please share what's inside the set variable.

    It should be as this

    This is Line 1
    %""%

    This is Line 3

If in email then use the line break html tag with html mode enabled..

Guys you can just do this -

    and get the result:

    Pavel_NaNoi_1-1650556024819.png

It creates new lines for you automatically, there's no reason to use html or %""%, unless I'm missing something?

No you are not missing anything @Pavel_NaNoi. What you have shared is perfectly right.

At times when there is a text in one line and just a new line in the next, then it is not visible so adding an empty string makes it visible to this or any other developer in future.

    This is Line 1

    versus

    This is Line 1
    %""%

    Fair enough

    Does this still work VJR?

If I initialise variable with %""% and then save, then open it back up, it is autocorrected to %''%.

And I can confirm that replacing a random character in a string (Say '***') with my ENTER variable, does not produce a new line.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Hi @Gilariel1

%""% and %''% both are correct, but it is an empty string and not a new line.

For a new line press Enter. Notice the cursor on the next line.

When used in the Replace Text action...

    VJR_1-1668307049590.png

The Relaced text output will have a new line replaced.
