FORWARD EMAILS RECEIVED TO AN EXTERNAL USER INLCUDING ATTACHMENTS

Hi,

I have an email which is generated on a scheduled basis from “Party A”. I need to forward that email to another external user including the attachment I have got from that email sent by “Part A”. when the email is forwarded by me, I need to add a message to the email body too.

Please help to advice the step-by-step process to follow too.

Does using the above work for you, with a standard comment.

I am assume that the external user will respond to you once they have undertaken the work you have asked them to undertake. Thus there is no requirment for them respond on your behalf to the orginal email. You will respond in due course once you have had their responce.
