Hello I'm having trouble to make the gallery that I insert in the SharePoint form datacard to be clickable when in View mode. I tried to change the Displaymode to Edit but nothing help.If(SharePointForm1.Mode = FormMode.View, DisplayMode.Edit)See the screenshot below.Thank you in advance.
If the Form is in View mode then everything in the Form is in View mode. If the Form is in Edit mode then you can set individual data cards to either View or Edit. But you can't set a data card to Edit if the Form is set for View because its the parent control.
@Pstork1 , so it seems as I expected for it to be. Means there is no way for me make the gallery that I insert in the datacard to be in view mode since the parent will be set to view mode when user are viewing the form?
You can make it in View mode, but you can't make it in Edit mode if the Form is in View mode. If you put the form in Edit mode and make all the individual cards except the Gallery in View mode it will work that way.
