Filter RecordsGallery1 with search bar, buttons and filter dropdowns!

I have the final formatting of this app the way I want, now I am humbly requesting assistance with the button and filter coding as it relates to the gallery.  Please consider:

Buttons:

bbAll (All Resources) - ideally would reset the gallery and filters back to default view (all list items)

bbUnder (Under Review) - ideally would filter the gallery for any item whose (Choice) 'Skill' value is "Under Review" or "Pending Data Privacy Agreement"

bbSubmit - Already coded to take the user to our request Microsoft Form

Filters:

ddSkill - (Choice) dropdown from SharePoint column 'Skill'

ddUser - (Choice) dropdown from SharePoint column 'End User'

ddType - (Choice) dropdown from SharePoint column 'Type'

There is also a search input feature that RecordsGallery1 is already formatted, and I want this to be functional, too, but will also reset when the bbAll is clicked.

Currently - Filter([@'Academic Technology Resources'], StartsWith(Resource, SearchInput1.Text))

    Hi @apettit,
    Do you want to click the support button to open a form populate with status of "Supported and Supported WITH Caution"?(Are they two different status, Supported, Supported WITH Caution? )

    Could you please tell me that how you set the Item property of the form? RecordsGallery.Selected?

    If you want to make the RecordsGallery display different records when you click different buttons, please set the OnSelect of the Suport button as:

    Set(varStatusSupport,true)

    Set the All Resource button OnSelect:

    Set(varAllResources,true)

    Set the Gallery Items property as:

    If(varStatusSupport,
     Filter(list_name,Status.Value="Supported" ||Status.Value="Supported WITH Caution"),
     varAllResources,
     list_name
    )

    Hi @v-qiaqi-msft and thank you for your assistance!

    It's tricky... I want to allow users to still be able to use the search bar, which I had configured the RecordsGallery1 Items field as: Filter([@'Academic Technology Resources'], StartsWith(Resource, SearchInput1.Text))

    I also want the buttons across the top to do what I want them to do, as well:

    • All Technology Resources: Reset the RecordsGallery1 to show all resources on the list.
    • Supported: Show only items that are Status.Value Supported and Supported WITH Caution in the RecordsGallery1
    • Not Supported: Show only items that are Status.Value Not Supported in RecordsGallery1
    • Under Review: Show only items that are Status.Value Under Review in RecordsGallery1

    I already have the Submit Request button to take the user to our request Microsoft Form.

    Thank you for considering this.  When I configured the way you described, I got the following results...

    2023-12-12 22_29_00-Power Apps - Work - Microsoft Edge Beta.png

    Results of how I've had it configured with the Filter([@'Academic Technology Resources'], StartsWith(Resource, SearchInput1.Text))

    Hi @apettit,

    You should replace the data source with your real list name instead of list_name😂

    Modify as below:

    If(varStatusSupport,
     Filter([@'Academic Technology Resources'],StartsWith(Resource, SearchInput1.Text),
     Status.Value="Supported" ||Status.Value="Supported WITH Caution"),
     varAllResources,
     Filter([@'Academic Technology Resources'], StartsWith(Resource, SearchInput1.Text))
    )
