I have a Gallery Control in the PowerApps Form. Below one is my Gallery control which I have taken from a SharePoint list. I am displaying the SharePoint list title column.

My Requirement is when user will click on the Gallery control particular item then it should saved to another list lookup column field. So I want the Gallery selected item should save to "Team Achievement" Action column. I want to save the item as a new entry.

How are you saving the data to another sharepoint list?

If this is done using Patch, you can update the expression as:

Patch(DataSource,Defaults(DataSource),{ChoiceField: LookUp(EntityName, Title= Gallery1.Selected.Title)})

The highlighted part is used to update the lookup type column. Here, EntityName should be replaced with the lookup entity name and Title is the column, which you want to match.
