New apps based on Excel data

I'm building a simple application with my excel data. When imported excel data, power apps proposed me tree screens as you can see below. The problem is that, i can't visualize data on 1st and 2nd screen. Why that ? and how can i fix it?

Also, why is not possible to import excel data with formula? Is there any way to make it?

I don't speak french but I think that is appearing you because you have fields that are not supported by power apps.
I dont know your excel so I am not sure.
That also might the reason behind your other problem...
Try checking which fields are on which label and check the datasource

In your Excel table, have only text, date and number type columns. Do not use any calculated columns. Also do not make any changes to the structure of the table once it has been imported into PowerApps. If you modify or remove any columns, you will need to reimport it as a new table.
