PowerApps - Failing on the get item

I'm trying to use a flow within PowerApps to trigger, but my flow is failing at the Get Item step.   The only dynamic content that comes up is createitem_item - Any ideas, see below screen shots.

    Have you defined any Parameters in the PowerApps trigger? Something like ID/Number?
     
     
    That is what defines the output of your dynamic content.
     
    Also the first screenshot of your editor is confusing, There's an additional . between .Run() which shouldn't be there? I'm guessing that's what is causing the red line in your image. However your flow is running?
