I normally check the data capacity usage in our environments by going to this page:-
https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/resources/capacity#environments
From here I click on Dataverse, and then the Details icon.
Normally I can then identify the split of entities and how much capacity they are using. However, this morning, I hit an error:-
Any ideas what might be causing this?

Not sure what was causing the issue.
You could create a Microsoft support ticket and ask for the root cause by sharing the session ID, etc.
It is working for me today.
