Hello,

I actually had a followup question to one I posted earlier this month, if someone has the time.

I've tested the approval system in MS Flow - it doesn't seem to actually prevent Customers or Orders awaiting approval from being interacted with. Do MS Power Automate approvals not block records or prevent orders from being posted?

Which kind of records are you working with? Items from a Sharepoint list?

You mean, while you wait for an approval of an 'Entity' (Customers, Orders), anyone can interact with it?
I do not have experience with Business Central, but face the same situation in Sharepoint. What I suggest once I get the Approval response is to make sure nothing has happened in the meanwhile.

Let's hope somebody else actively working with Business Central can share irs experience with
