Help with approval flows

I have a sharepoint list that contains 4 columns of approvers and other details of the request. I need it to receive an update when some of the approvers choose one of these three: Approved or Rejected or Need more information.

Example

If approver 1 chose approved his column receives approved if approver 2 chose Approved his column receives approved respectively

Column: Approver 1 Approver 2 Approved 3
Approved Approved Rejected

    Hi @Pizzolati

I think this can be done in two possible ways

    See below

I have created a demo sharepoint list like below

    Nived_Nambiar_0-1709924049482.png

Approver 1, Approver 2, Approver 3 captures response from approver in SP list for a request.

Method 1 - Capturing responses from all users at once

This method uses start and wait for approval with options to captures from all users. See below

    Nived_Nambiar_2-1709924320935.png

Expression used for Approver 1 field- outputs('Start_and_wait_for_an_approval')?['body/responses']?[0]?['approverResponse']

Simmilary expression used for Approver 2 and Approver 3 field would be like below

    Approver 2- outputs('Start_and_wait_for_an_approval')?['body/responses']?[1]?['approverResponse']

    Approver 3- outputs('Start_and_wait_for_an_approval')?['body/responses']?[2]?['approverResponse']

I assume that response output from this action would be same order as we pass the approver details in Assigned to field.

But this method will wait until it captures responses from all users.

Method 2- using parallel approach to update indiviual user's details

for every user , create start and wait for approval using a parallel branch like below

    Hope it helps

    Thanks & Regards,
