Hi,

I have a standard 3 page app, gallery, detail form and edit form connected to sharepoint.

In the app i have a person column dropdown i want the items to just be a few select users so in the items code i use the following to populate it. which works fine however when i patch it i get the error "the specified user could not be found" if the dropdown is blank? it works if i add the user but sometimes i dont need to add the person.

test info in the syntax below..

Table({'@odata.type':"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedUser",
Claims:"i:0#.f|membership|test.user2@testing.com.au",
Department:"",
DisplayName:"test user2",
Email:"test.user2@testing.com.au",
JobTitle:"",
Picture:""
},{'@odata.type':"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedUser",
Claims:"i:0#.f|membership|test.user1@testing.com.au",
Department:"",
DisplayName:"test user1",
Email:"test.user1@testing.com.au",
JobTitle:"",
Picture:""})

    First, just a quick critique on the formula to make it a little more efficient for you:

    ForAll(["test.user2@testing.com.au", "test.user1@testing.com.au"],
     {
     Claims:"i:0#.f|membership|" & value,
     Department:"",
     DisplayName:Value,
     Email:Value,
     JobTitle:"",
     Picture:""
     }
    )

    This makes it a little easier to change and add if needed.  Also, the odata.type is no longer needed.

    Now for your issue.  You say that you get this error - "the specified user could not be found".

    Where are you seeing this error?  Are you using a Form?  If not, what is the formula?  But more importantly, where do you see this?
