i want to create a flow that send attachment to email
I have power portal that has form connected to nomination table ,
and attachment field that submit files to Note table once the information is submitted ,
Note table is a child table that is related to nomination table and their relationship is
new_nominationform_Annotations , I want that attachment to be attached on approval as well
Hi @swelihle,
There should be an attachments array section in the Start and wait for an approval action which you can use. Make sure you convert the contents of the document to binary first before you attach it though, like mentioned in this thread:

Btw, I also added a Filter Rows query (objecttypecode eq 'account') to avoid that the flow is also being triggered by the notes of the Approval step itself, that process also uses the notes table 😂
