we are building a model driven app, and some of our users are only having read only access to records.
Until a couple of weeks ago , users were able to navigate to the records and were seeing the records in read only mode (lock beside each field), and the Save button were not presented.
Recently for the last week or so, users starts to see random behaviors:
1- when they open a record , they see "Read-only: You don't have access to edit this record." message on top of the page, but it disappear in 2-5 seconds, where all fields are editable. when they make a change, and press refresh, they get an error. (Both Save, and Save and Close are NOT displayed on the screen)
2- In other cases, the message "Read-only: You don't have access to edit this record." stays, and the form is read only, but the lock icon beside each field is not displayed. (used to be there before)
I tried both New look and old look.
Any idea what could be wrong, or is it a bug with the recent 20204 wave 1 updates?
