I tried to show Virtual entities in PowerApp Portal but always bumped to 500 error. Base entities like account or contact, can be shown normally. Do Virtual Entities are not supported in PowerApp portal?

As far as I know, previously there were no errors in using Portals with virtual entities. You can find an article about it by @nhayduk here.
