how can administrators see all FLOWS created in your environment

Hi All,

Since just about anyone can create a FLOW, and people come and go from the organization, is there a way for an administrator to see ALL FLOWS regardless of who created it?

Users have been asking where alerts went, and after discussions I find that the alerts were created by users that left the company.

How can I find those alerts and take ownership to modify and or fix?

TIA,

Joe

    @joef ,

    Supposing that you have the rights (system administrator rights) you can see all the flows created in an specific environment by visiting PowerPlatform Admin Center:

    or https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments/

    Choose the environment you want and go to flows:

    You'll manage to see all flows in your environment and of course to share with an existing user to see if that flow is the one which causes problems.

    Hope it helps !

    Thank you @gabibalaban ,

    I am part of the system admin group, but I only see FLOWS created by me.

    I may have to get in touch with Microsoft, I don't see any of the FLOWS I created last week

    Thanks,

    Joe

    @joef ,

    So to be sure that I understood. You have the Power Platform System Administrator rights on that environment and you don't see the flows ?

    Are these flows build inside a solution ?

    Yes @gabibalaban,

    I see myself in the Sys Admin group but I only see my own FLOWS.

    Since I can't see them I don't know how they were created 🙂

    Even weirder, I created 6 or 7 FLOWS yesterday that I do not see listed in my FLOWS..
