110Hi guys,
we have a requirement where we want to automate the following:
We receive an e-mail from our customers ticket-system with the associated data. Now we have to transfer the data to our own web-based ticket-system. For that I want to use a desktop flow. I want the flow to get triggered when the E-Mail arrives, then start Chrome, login in to our portal and type in the associated data. I know that this is possible, but what I want to ask is: Can this flow also be executed, or triggered, when the flow-user, for example me, is not working and the pc is offline? For that process I need to guarantee that it works 24/7.
I couldn't really find the answer to that problem, so im very thankful for any help here!
