I have power automate mainly for the sharepoint, however, when item is created from power app its reflected in the share point and the flow triggered as power app is associated app in the approval flow..

now, I have created new choice column ( Re-submit reject request (Yes/No), I need to initiate the approval flow if the end user choosed yes and save for this item.

please help 🙂

HI @Samaher , I believe you are using "When Item is created" trigger for the flow. Then there is concept "Power Automate Trigger Conditions". Please check :https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Community-Blog/Power-Automate-Trigger-Conditions-made-EASY/ba-p/441348

Basically this this is nothing but the flow will trigger only when an item is created in SharePoint with the column that you mentioned is selected Yes by user.

Go through the article and then accordingly you need to add the condition to your flow trigger.

Thank you for the reply, It worked with the following trigger, however, I am facing new problem with the flow ... ( it's sending multiple emails for the same approval steps over and over, i cancel it manually at the end.. do you have any clue for this issue?

It got resolved,, I have choosed to update the column initiate approval to "NO" ,, it worked fine now
