Hello there, I have a user who can't open one word document, she saved on SharePoint site. She can be able to review all other word files located there but can't open the particular one! We all can review the file and save it but she can't for the specific file.

I check the access part as well, but she is good on access. Also, she is the one created the file.

I download the file, and delete the one, she uploads and then upload the one that I download as a troubleshooting step.

Also, she restarted the pc several time, so no hang or glitch is the issue.

When, trying to open that file in word browser version, it is showing the old version of file and it is not opening in app version. The error is looking like this.
