Unfortunately that screenshot is not sufficient for us to be able to give you any advice. We need information on the connector itself, what API is it calling, does it require authentication etc.
When helping anyone whose custom connector is failing, the first question I ask is - does the API work using a Postman collection (or the equivalent)?
Response 404 signals that the resource you are using could not be found, in this case you are likely calling an API that is not publicly available, doesn't exist or you misspelt iit.
