Lookup items from current collection and add corresponding items to new collection

I have a collection of userTimesheets which is gathered from Timesheets SQL table, my collection is only gathering a total of 52 time sheets for the current logged in user.  Each time sheet will have several time sheet rows stored in TimesheetRows SQL table.  As you can imagine there is potentially going to be a lot of data in both of these tables.

What I want to do is create a second collection which contains the timesheet rows for all items in my first collection userTimesheets.  Both tables have a TimeSheetID column.  Can this be done bearing in mind I will have a lot of data eventually so I need to make sure I don't get delegation warnings.

    Hi Manc,

when I am working with the PowerApps limitation (500 - 2000 records), usually what I am doing is that I am pre-filtering the SQL database based on some attributes (e.g. User ID). You can do the gallery with filters, when you put a Combo Box or any date picker, where user will enter what records they want to see and each time they will do any change to these filters (On Change property) you will trigger refresh of the collection with this input. Also you can create button with this functionality so user will select the required filters and click on refresh button. Maybe there is better way to do that, however this is one of the possibilities how to get all records based on the user's input.
