Hi all,
From the SharePoint List I can manage the access of the Group Members and change it from Can edit to Can view (as below), but I would like to know if it's possible to make it automatically with Power Apps based on a condition (when field Status = "Closed").
Is there a way to do it?

I am sorry that Power Apps does not support to manage permissions for SharePoint list.
As an alternative solution, I think you could consider using flow to grant access to an item or a folder.
Thanks @v-qiaqi-msft I know the "Grant access to an item or folder" method, but the "Recipients" parameter, as far as I know, don't accept user groups and it's not feasible for me to insert recipients one by one... 😞
