Create an function to compare on 2 Sharepoint List

Hi to All,

I have 2 Sharepoint List.

1) TM

2) TM_2

On TM_2 we save the documents created or updated for that day, after that, we copy the information into TM and we delete the information in TM_2 to prepare this to the next day. Therefore, in TM we accumulate the information for all days.

I need to create a Gallery that show all documents that are in TM_2, but that there aren't into TM... In other words, we need to save all news documents but not documents updated. The name of the field to compare is DocumentNumber.

Please. Could you help me?

Based on the needs that you mentioned, I think the Filter function could achieve your needs. I have made a test on my side, please take a try with the following workaround:

Set the Items property of the Gallery to following:

Filter('TM_2 List', Not(DocumentNumber in 'TM List'.DocumentNumber))

Note: I assume that the TM List and TM_2 List has same DocumentNumber field, which is used as compared column.
