Jobtitle is not working with if statement.

Hey everyone,

I have an app that, onstart, creates a Variable

Set(JobTitleVar,Office365Users.UserProfileV2(User().Email))

and then a button that's displaymode is

If(JobTitleVar.jobTitle = "Field Support Rep" Or "Field Service Technician",DisplayMode.Disabled,DisplayMode.Edit)

When a person who's JobTitle = "Field Support Rep" Or "Field Service Technician" It's not disabling the displaymode. Is there something wrong with my formula? Everything is spelled right.

Please update your displaymode to
If(JobTitleVar.jobTitle = "Field Support Rep" Or JobTitleVar.jobTitle = "Field Service Technician",DisplayMode.Disabled,DisplayMode.Edit)

Another option is to use in
If(JobTitleVar.jobTitle in ["Field Support Rep","Field Service Technician"],DisplayMode.Disabled,DisplayMode.Edit)
