Approvals on Power Automate for Teams give an error That action isn't supported here. when approving/rejecting

Hello I have a flow that sends an approval to a Teams team in order to approve or reject this file. The approval works on two tenants but on the third tenant I have a problem :

I can approve this on the Approvals app on Teams but not from the Teams team. I don't know if I have to activate something like the use of flow in Teams team. 

I have found nothing about this problem so thank you all for your help.

    I found exactly the same problem on my side. Have you found a solution perhaps ?

    I had this same problem. I ended up changing my flow from using 'post adaptive card and wait for response' to 'create an approval > 'post card in chat or channel' > 'wait for approval' and now I'm able to operate the approvals inside the Teams channel.
