Hi All,

Is there any way that we can change default text that comes after user actioned on approval?

For ex, once user approves, email message will be updated as 'You have already completed this request.', but it wont show the original body that we sent for wth approval details. This is causing confusion to user which request they approved, f they have multiple.

Hi,

I think it is not possible to make the approval responses custom for approval actions.

Workaround would be to send the mail to business sharing the submitted details in non-editable format once business acted on request.
Or
Try outlook actionable message with power automate to send approval actions
