simple keyword searches through the dynamic Body content.

When a new email arrives i need to extract these data and store in sharepoint list ,without using AI but simple keyword searches through the dynamic Body content.
 
Keywords that are present in the email are  Active , Pending ,Expired ,Renewed etc ,These keywords can be in the email body or subject or inside attachments,so kindly help
