update list item based on value selected in other list

Hello,

 

I have two Sharepoint list, one is the main list and other one is list of managers. I want the flow to work when a user selects their department the flow should run and pick up associate manager name for that department from another list and put that email to column called ManagerEmail in main SharePoint list Can someone please help !
