When I put my PC to sleep (by choosing the "Sleep" option from the power menu, it goes to sleep, but in about a minute, it wakes up again.
I eventually tracked it down to "Microsoft.Flow.RPA.LogShipper.exe" process running. Once I killed that process from the Task Manager, the PC went to sleep and stayed sleeping.
