Dear Sir/madam ,

Currently , my workflow is our online signature will cc our group mailbox . And then the attachement will go to sharepoint and post a message in our teams channel .

However , the workflow connection is all linked to my personal outlook/sharepoint/teams. It is hard to share the ownership with my teammates .

Is there anyway we can use our group email to login ? So that I can set up the flow by using group email .

Our current workflow :

First of all, this is a forum for desktop flows built with Power Automate Desktop. But your question is related to cloud flows, so it is in the wrong forum. The correct forum to post such questions is here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/bd-p/BuildingFlows

As to your question, while you can use a shared mailbox, you will still need to provide a credential to login to that mailbox (a user that has access to it). You will also need to provide a proper user account for SharePoint and Teams, as those are not included on shared mailboxes, unless they're licensed with an MS365 license. You could use a service account for this (i.e. an account that you create and that does not really belong to any specific user, but has access to the resources you need).

Alternatively, I would suggest looking into the proper sharing options. If you do share your flows normally with full permissions, the users will be able to use your connections. However, you can share it with Run-only permissions and make the flow require that the user running the flow provides their own connection. See here on how to do that: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/create-team-flows#share-a-cloud-flow-with-run-only-permissions

Do you know how to create a service account in power automate? Because I want the workflow is held by organisation , the workflow is under a specific colleague right now and we afraid it will gone if the colleague resign.
