Approval Flow not sending email to form responder

Hi Everyone,

Very new to learning flow and, automation build, this flow seeing different videos and, documentation not sure what the problem is and if anyone can help out.

The context of the flow is that when a user submits a form, it starts an approval process which goes through 3 users at the moment.

If anyone rejects the form the responder is notified that the form approval process has been rejected or if it's approved notified through email as well.

Hi @aakashm ,

Could you please check the run history and the result of condition 3? I believe it's always returned false so no action was executed.
