PAD Flows fail to save with connection error since yesterday

Hello,

I have this error after attempting to save a PAD flow.
"Make sure that you have an active internet connection and that access to the required cloud services isn't blocked. Run the Windows internet connections troubleshooter and if the issue persists contact your network administrator."
Correlation Id: 9d64a4a5-2026-428a-b173-5dd2256b2643
It started yesterday on several computers. I tried to update windows 10 and PAD Desktop, it did not solve the problem.
It looks like the local cached file get updated but the problem seems to be access to the PAD cloud service.
I have extended my trial, I can see my PAD flows in the PAD portal.
Any idea? Thank you.

If you try to save multiple times does it eventually go through? I've seen similar behavior where PAD will act like it cant connect but usually after clicking save 2/3 times, it does eventually save.

same here - I get this error and after multiple re-attempts of save it works.

Some members have been able to reset a few issues in PAD after deleting the cache file (which gets automatically regenerated). But I do not know of its repercussions hence do not want to suggest it unless it becomes your last resort.

    Hi @philippecand

Sometimes it will store cache so you need to delete the cache values from app data. Remove that file refer this path.

    C:\Users\<YourSystemname>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop\msalcache.bin3

<YourSystemname> You hav to pass your system name.

This worked for a couple hours, then the error came back.
This topic describes another fix and this is working so far.
