Outlook messages are not delivered to the web when using the flow

I am trying to build a flow that adds a new row to an Excel file on OneDrive whenever a new message arrives to the email in Outlook, but I face a problem when I send a test message to the email. The message reaches Outlook on the desktop program, but it does not show up on Outlook on the web. Therefore, the flow does not work as expected and does not add a new row to the Excel file.

That's just impossible. Check your OWA.

Hi @Ali_Nasser ,
If your mail does not go into the web version it could be multiple thing.
But the first thing you want to check is : Is the inbox email adresse the same as the power automate account eamil adresse ?

It's not a Power Automate question. Can you make sure a test message is delivered? If you cannot ask your email admin to help.

our email is hosted in Bluehost web host.
and linked to outlook desktop,
how to link the email with the power automate flow?
the email is not office 365 email

I think no way to use Power Automate in your situation. Create an add-in for Outlook instead.
