Hi Team, Currently we have this solution (screenshots attached) in Nintex custom forms but Can you help us as we trying to implement a Power Apps/Flow based solution for the below scenario.

Scenario:

-> Admin will initiate the Main form which contains few fields (Document Name, Sub, Number, Supersedes, etc), and 3 static questions , and few dynamic number of questions, Due Date, Reviewers (multiple selection PPL picker), Attachments.

-> A workflow will trigger in the backend and send emails to each reviewer.

-> Reviewer can either click on the link in email or go to Task list -> My Tasks -> and click on the specific Task to open the Task form.

-> The Task form contains two tabs, Tab 1 contains all the information provided by Admin in Main form and the Tab 2 contains the 3 static questions, dynamic questions raised by admin while initiating the Main form and Task Status, General Feedback fields.

-> Once all reviewers complete their task within the given Due Date the workflow system state will be completed.

We are using two lists in Nintex based solution: INIT, TASKS.

Both these two lists have 3 custom XML fields called AddlQuestions, AddlResponses, AddlXML (this one is for storing all AddlQuestions, AddlResponses of a particular user).

Can we able to achieve this by leveraging Power Apps?

Attached are screenshots for Main Initiation Form, Task Form with two tabs.
