Do anybody have worked on Powerapps deployment into Azure System. Recently I have developed PowerApps pointing to Azure SQL Database. What are the steps to deploy the Powerapps into Microsoft Azure System?
it would be great if anybody could provide me some steps and Links to get help how to deploy powerapps into Azure System?

I don't believe this is possible, your PowerApps apps will only be available to users within your own O365 tenant.
Your tenant members can acces your shared apps through the https://home.dynamics.com/ dashboard or through AppSource
