Model Driven app - Getting 'Unexpected error (Session ID: 6c42c8bd-5d0d-4bef-bc24-a24216a3d0da)'.

When I try to Get Data under Data/Tables, I fill out Azure SQL DB connection settings, hit next and then get:

Unexpected error (Session ID: 6c42c8bd-5d0d-4bef-bc24-a24216a3d0da).

I'm able to connect successfully with the same ID/PW when creating a canvas app. The ID has Admin privileges to the DB.

Thanks.
