Unwanted characters in html

Hi Community,

I am creating an html where some unwanted characters are being introduced within the action. I am not sure what is causing this. I have checked for the hidden characters but its something different. Has anyone faced this earlier? There are some \n also introduced but those are not visible here as I tried replacing them.

    Hello community, after a long debugging found that array was causing problem. Rather string append should be used.
