Attachment status in SharePoint lists

Hi
The process is as follows: using an application in Power Apps, I add photos to a SharePoint list. Then I download these photos to a local computer. If the application operates under OS control, the attachment status is true; if under Android control, the status is false. The SharePoint list displays photos from both systems.
Can someone help with what to do to ensure that photos are always uploaded to the PDA (attachment status must be true)?

    Hi Perhaps it will be helpfull that when I create a JasonAsCustomObject I can see version 2 for Android and 3 for OS. like this:
