Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hello!

I am trying to fulfill a form on Power Apps. First, I received an error message (Image 1). When I fulfilled the form, It won't let me send it since it claims that the area is missing eventhough I typed it in the correct place. Also, it doesn't give me any other options to choose from as an area since the dropdown menu doesn't work (Image 2).

When talking with the person who sent me the form to fulfilled, they show me that there should be a field on top to select either Global or Regional, but that option doesn't appear in my form, when I open the link (Image 3).

Could you please help me to solve the problem? I have already downloaded the Power Apps app and the problem remains tha same.
