Good Morning Automaters,
I've followed this guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-hiDOPAG-4&ab_channel=RezaDorrani, where the idea is that someone in my firm can enter a SP form if they suspect there's an issue with the source of funds for one of their clients, I have set up the form so that they can also attach the evidence (usually a few pdf's).
This works fine, and in the linked SP list, I can see the evidence uploaded and so can anyone I share the list entry with. The only issue I'm finding is that when the link to the documents is clicked, it asks where you would like to save the documents. Is it possible for the uploaded pdf's/doc's to be automatically saved in the site library where the list lives as opposed to someone's onedrive? There may be instances where multiple members of the complience team will want to look at these documents collabrotively and annotate, making one shared copy ideal. In it's current state, each manager will have to download their own copy and it's a bit messy. In an ideal setup, I would like the files to just open when clicked as opposed to asking where would I like them saved.
I hope I explained that well, I'm very much a SP novice.
Thanks!
