Items missing in Gallery from data verse table

Hello Everyone,

I built a canvas app on datasource as data verse. When I create new item from the app, it is created in the backend but I don't see that in the gallery that linked to the same data source. But when I filter the exact record it is showing in the gallery. Not sure what's happening here.

Can anyone please help me or suggest me the best way to troubleshoot this or solution for this.

Hello, @KrishR, make sure you use the Refresh(TableName) function after your formula of creating new record.

Hi @AhmedSalih & @ANB ,

Thanks for jumping in. Item property of the gallery is just the table name, I mean all items without any filter.

I updated the Item property with sort by column “created on” helped to display all items.

not sure whats the difference.
