Preventing a Modified Trigger When my Flow Renames an File

I have a flow that when a file is modified it renames the file to include the new version number. Once the flow is complete the Version number is on the end of the file name and it matches Sharepoint. However the flow triggers again and keeps up issuing the version and renaming the file.

Here is my flow.

What Filter can I add? Can i add something that will prevent the file be updated in the last 5 minutes ignore?

You can add a trigger condition to your flow to see if the current date/time is more than five minutes after the last modified date plus five minutes: @greater(addMinutes(triggerOutputs()?['body/Modified'], 5), utcNow())

If not, the flow will not run. You can learn about trigger conditions at Power Automate Trigger Conditions - SharePoint & Microsoft Power Platform Tutorials - SPGuides
