Convert File connector not working

I have been using flows where documents of different types are converted to PDFs and then uploaded to a SharePoint site. This flow has been working for about 9 months. Last week, it stopped working. Is anyone else having this problem?

It is not working for any files. I have tried to re-build the flow completely and it is giving me the same error regardless of the type of file I am trying to convert.

I have had the same issue so have my other colleagues who have flows with the same connector. I think it is an issue with the connector. Is there a way to escalate this directly to Microsoft?

Find below my error code as well:

    "Error from Office Service. Url=https://euc.wordcs.officeapps.live.com/document/export/pdf HttpCode=NotFound cert=subject:;thumbprint: ResponseHeaders=Connection: close
    Date: Fri, 26 Apr 2024 18:05:40 GMT
    Server: Microsoft-IIS/10.0
    X-Powered-By: ASP.NET"

Yes. I have made the report. It is being worked on now. It actually started working again through early April and then started producing the same error.

Thanks a lot @JoHarrison can you please keep me posted when it starts working so I retrigger all failed flows. Do you have an oversight on when they are likely to have it resolved?

    Thank you.

I am getting this error and another error in 2 different flows both of which use One Drive

In Flow 1 I create a Word Document in One Drive and then convert it to PDF and it fails at that point.  When I opened the Word Document on One Drive I noticed the screenshot below.  I am signed into One Drive so I am not sure why I get that message

In Flow 2 I use AI to read a PDF document that has been uploaded into the One Drive folder.  I get an error stating user not found even though all the licences are in place.  I hope this is resolved quickly as it is causing me lots of problems.

@JoHarrison can you please give an update on the progress of the problem resolution?

    Thank you.

I raised a support ticket and just had a TEAMS call there from MS support.  They guy ran some checks, took some screenshots, downloaded browser details and said that they were aware of the issue and that they hoped to resolve it as soon as possible.  If I get any update I will let you all know.
