Turn off Teams notification for approval

Is there a way to turn off the Teams notifications and only have email notifications/requests for approvals in a flow with Forms? I used the template that was built in to MS Power Automate for a Form approval, however in testing, I receive both email and Teams notification. I would like to turn off the Teams notification for all (as opposed to having the individuals go into their Teams to turn it off).

Is that possible?

As far as I know, the notifications are all or nothing with approvals. You might want to see if e-mails with options are a possible substitute for what you need.
