I’m using a flow which posts a message in the channel and then sends an http POST request to update the conversation of an item. You can see the screenshots of the flow below.
The problem we are facing is that in some cases, the posted message is not being shown in the item Conversations, and in some cases it is. The cases do not differ for the same channel/list, meaning that if the conversation is shown for 1 item of that list in the channel, it will show for every item, and if it is not showing for 1, it won't show for others too. We have currently 1 list per channel added as a tab, and there is no difference in settings or parameters as they are all shared channels of the same team. The same flow is used in all cases. If we check version history, modifications in both cases are similar, and we have cross checked the message ID and other variable parameters manually also. You can see the version history and the message reflecting/not reflecting in the item conversation in the screenshots below.
