Hello all,
Does anybody know how it's possible to create email statistics on a common mailbox?
What I am interested in, is to see how many mails are sent and received every month, top recipients and senders etc.
Thank you in advance!
Hi there. So that we know what we have to work with, are you an admin on the tenant? There's similar information already in the Exchange Admin Center...I think.
If not, then we may need to think creatively about the problem...are you using a CRM or collaboration tool to manage things like work queues and so on? There might be an option to integrate that to get those metrics, and also maybe improve the processes.
Keep us posted.
