Hi @Anonymous
Whilst I am not a German reader, can you try hovering your mouse over the red circle icon to see if it gives you a bit more info regarding your error.
sure:
it means
Connection was not found. Create a new connection and modify the application to use the new connection
But I can modify the connection but it is also connected with my firm account...
Hi @Anonymous ,
Can you confirm the account has a mailbox attached and a license with an Exchange Online plan and not on premise. Have you tried deleting and recreating the connection under Data > Connections?

The connection status under Data --> Connections is "connected" 😄
How i can check whether i have this license? (Exhange Online)
Maybe try clicking on ... and recreate the connection.
Your IT department will be able to check from M365 Admin Portal
thx 🙂
